DRAFT — LEGAL REVIEW STILL OPEN. Aligns product behaviour with the Oct 2026 build. Not a final go-live contract. Stars policy (F58), Premium agreement, Safety, and Privacy need owner + lawyer sign-off before live.
By using Beni you confirm you are 18 or older. Under-18 use is forbidden. Age is self-declared today; stronger age assurance is staged for go-live (see Privacy).
The product
Matching is Man ↔ Woman only (opposite sex).
Intents: dating, hookup, friends, or either. Hookups Mode is a separate opt-in switch.
Discover is free. Free accounts get a daily like cap (8) and one free super-like per day. Seeing who liked you and extra likes are Premium (Telegram Stars).
Near Me and the Hookups emoji map use GPS only if you allow it. Exact coordinates stay private unless you opt in (see Privacy).
Demo note: When DEMO_MODE is on, sample profiles may appear so the deck is not empty. Live must start on a clean database with DEMO_MODE off — demo seeds are not created when DEMO_MODE is off.
Your duties
Real age (18+). No impersonation. No scams or money / OTP requests from matches.
No illegal content. No phones or links in bios used to evade safety. We may soft-hide, clear content, or ban on reports.
Meet in public. Beni is not responsible for in-person meetings or losses from scams outside our systems.
Read Safety — “never send money or codes” is part of using Beni responsibly.
Safety and moderation
You can Report and Block from the Mini App or bot.
An "Underage concern" report soft-hides a profile at once for admin review.
Admins may mark reports actioned or dismissed, soft-hide or restore profiles, clear bio/photos, and decide verify / age / photo queues. Reject decisions include a reason and can notify you in Telegram when the live service is on.
ID documents you upload for verification are for moderator review only (see Privacy).
Payments
Premium is charged in Telegram Stars (XTR) by Telegram for digital access only. Before you pay, also read the Premium agreement and docs/PREMIUM-STARS-POLICY_F58_2026-10-20.md (operator draft).
Browser / demo may unlock a Premium stub only while DEMO_MODE is on / the live gate is closed — that stub is not a real payment and no Stars are charged.
Payment help: send /paysupport in the bot. Telegram does not mediate bot payment disputes.
Delete
You may delete your account from Profile → Delete account or /delete_account in the bot. Details of what we remove and what we keep are in the Privacy page.
