1. What you buy
Beni Premium is a digital service inside the Beni bot and Mini App (for example seeing who liked you, daily boost, and other features listed on the Premium screen at the time of purchase). It is not a physical product and not Telegram Premium.
2. How you pay
Payment is only in Telegram Stars (XTR) through Telegram’s checkout.
Beni does not take bank cards, Telebirr, or other wallets for Premium.
Prices shown (Stars) may differ by sex as listed in the app; the invoice amount is the amount you confirm in Telegram.
By paying you confirm you are 18+, have read Beni Terms, Privacy, Safety, and this agreement.
3. Delivery
After Telegram confirms payment, Beni turns on Premium for your account. If access does not appear, send /paysupport in the bot with the approximate time of payment. Do not send OTPs, seed phrases, or Stars PINs to anyone — including people claiming to be support.
4. Refunds (draft)
Not delivered: If payment succeeded and Premium was not granted, we refund the Stars in full after a valid /paysupport request (via Telegram’s refund tools).
Already delivered and used: Refunds are generally not offered once who-liked access or a boost has been used — final wording needs lawyer sign-off.
Telegram does not mediate bot payment disputes; Beni operators handle /paysupport.
Buying Stars from Apple/Google follows Telegram’s Stars terms; those purchases are separate from Beni’s Premium refund.
5. Abuse and bans
Scams, underage use, harassment, or payment fraud can lead to soft-hide or ban. Premium may be revoked. Refunds after a ban for clear abuse are not automatic.
6. No guarantee of matches
Premium improves tools; it does not guarantee likes, matches, messages, or meetings. Never pay a match for “fees”, airtime, or codes — that is not Beni Premium.
7. Support
In the bot: /paysupport (payments) · /support or the contact on the Privacy page (other issues). Official bot only: @Beni_shabot.
